Moreover, the frequency in the WAS-exposed rats is markedly increased compared to that in controls. However, the frequency in MKC-231-treated rats is close to that in control rats. (D) ACh content in the colon of WAS-exposed rats and MKC-231-treated rats is considerably increased compared to that in the control rats. *P < 0.05 compared to controls.
